Achievement of Improving Working Lives (IWL) Standard 'practice' or 'pledge' status (dependent on formation date of the organisation) by the end of Q4 2002/03.

Trusts are assessed against criteria for the achievement of Improving Working Lives (IWL) Standards. Trusts formed prior to 01/04/02 are required to achieve "practice status", all other Trusts are required to achieve "pledge". Those achieving the relevant status are given a score of 1, else 0.
