Outpatient/A&E survey - safe, high quality, co-ordinated care.

Rationale
Obtaining feedback from patients and taking account of their views and priorities is vital for bringing about improvements in the quality of care, and placing the patient at the centre of health services. Indicators will be derived from the survey results for each trust, for each of 5 domains of patient experience. Safe, high quality coordinated care covers patient’s experience of these aspects of care, such as coordination of care following referral.
